Lofotseminaret 2026 takes place in Henningsvær from June 10-12. Plan your trip:

Svolvær Airport is the nearest airport. Please note that seating capacity is limited. We strongly recommend booking your travel as early as possible. If flights to Svolvær are fully booked, Leknes Airport is a good alternative (approx. 1 hour from Henningsvær).

We will arrange shared transportation from Svolvær Airport to Henningsvær on Wednesday and for the return on Friday. The airport is a 35-minute drive from the seminar venue. We will also assist participants arriving via Leknes Airport with transportation.

Buses will wait at Svolvær Airport for the following Wednesday arrivals: 09:15, 11:25, and 13:10.On Friday, buses will depart from Henningsvær to the airport in time for the following departures: 07:20, 09:35, 11:45, and 13:35.

Check-in is handled upon registration on arrival at Lofotseminaret.

 

Clothing:The only thing we can guarantee is a bit of everything when it comes to weather – so come prepared.
